What is your cancellation policy?

Requests for refunds must be made via e-mail and must be received at least 30 days prior to the Summit. The refund will be credited back to the credit or debit card that was used in the original purchase, minus a $25 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellation after 30 days or for “No Shows”. Substitutions may be made by email stating the name of the person and the reason for the substitution.

Do I need to sign up for sessions and special events?

Yes, you will. Registered attendees will be asked to choose breakout sessions in advance and RSVP for site visits and the reception. We want to make sure we have sufficient space for your sessions and food for events. You will receive a reminder of which sessions you signed up for when you register on-site at the Summit. When will presentations be available?

We will ask speakers to provide presentations and will add it to the speaker’s bio page on this website for download. Be sure to check this site during and after the Summit for presentations.

Are there session evaluations?

Yes, and we want your feedback! Your comments will greatly influence next year’s Summit design and content. Information regarding the evaluations will be posted at the beginning of the Summit.

Are there additional hotel accommodations available if the host hotel is sold out?

Greenville is poised and ready for Summit. Everyone will most certainly have a comfortable place to rest their head after a busy day of learning, networking and having fun. If the hotel sells out, we will negotiate special rates at nearby hotels.

Is Wi-Fi available during the conference?

Yes, Summit attendees will have access to complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel’s meeting facilities. Please keep in mind that when hundreds of people are using Wi-Fi at the same time, connection speeds can be hindered.

Will meals and snacks be provided?

Yes, meals and snacks are provided. Check the Summit agenda for the dates and times of provided meals and snacks.

Do you provide accommodations for attendees with special needs or requests?

Will transportation be provided for Site Visits?

Yes, transportation will be provided. However, advance sign up is required for site visits.

Is there a business center at the hotel?

Yes, there is a business center that will be available for Summit attendees.

Where do I park?

Valet parking is available at Hyatt Regency Greenville for $20/day. Indoor self-parking is also available in Commons Parking, the four-level parking garage adjacent to our hotel. There is an overnight parking fee of $7.50/day.

What if I need to ship something to the hotel?

You can ship boxes to the hotel with an arrival of no more than three days prior to the event. When you arrive to the hotel, you can ask the front desk to assist you in getting your boxes. The Summit staff will also be available to assist in locating any shipments. All shipments must include “Together SC / 2019 SC Nonprofit Summit” if you are shipping conference-related material.
