Biography

Bethany Hale is a passionate, collaborative marketing consultant and creative storyteller with a knack for building aspirational employee, member, donor and customer experiences that drive growth through acquisition and brand loyalty. With more than 15 years of digital marketing and strategy experience, Bethany has advised clients across both the non-profit and for-profit sectors, including The Carnegie Foundation for International Peace, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, and the Taproot Foundation, as well as IBM, American Express, and Samsung Electronics, among others. Bethany provides digital experience assessments and industry benchmarking, experience design services and digital marketing training/coaching. She has an MBA from Columbia University and lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband, toddler and French Bulldog.
