Molly Talbot-Metz is the President & CEO for the Mary Black Foundation. In this position, Molly is responsible for the Foundation’s grantmaking and strategic initiatives; evaluating the Foundation’s and its grantees’ impact; providing leadership in the community; and maintaining relationships with the Foundation’s grantees and Board of Trustees. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2001, Molly worked in the field of teen pregnancy prevention. Molly has a Master of Public Health Degree from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Education from the State University of New York at Cortland. Molly and her husband are natives of Syracuse, New York and have lived in Spartanburg since 1999. They have two children.
