Scholarship opportunities to attend the 2020 Summit

Each year, the SC Nonprofit Summit offers scholarships to attendees thanks to the generous support from several philanthropic partners. For the 2020 SC Nonprofit Summit, the following scholarships are available.Scholarship forms and applications will be available by January 10. 

Here are some of the opportunities that have already been established:

  • Central Carolina Community Foundation – Details coming soon.
  • Duke Energy Foundation -This scholarship is available to nonprofit leaders of organizations based in the Duke Energy Service Area. Organizations which are primarily religious or political in nature may not apply. This scholarship is available to Upstate, Catawba and PeeDee nonprofits.
  • Frances P. Bunnelle Foundation -The Bunnelle Foundation is offering scholarships to current and former grantee organizations serving Georgetown County. 
  • J Marion Sims Foundation -Details coming soon.
  • Mary Black Foundation – Details coming soon.
  • South Carolina First Steps – Scholarships are available for EDs of local First Steps Partnerships. First Steps EDs should contact their Program Officer at the State Office.
  • Springs Close Foundation -This scholarship is available to nonprofit leaders of Together SC member organizations based in Chester, Lancaster, and York counties.
  • Summit Squad Volunteers -Together SC is offering scholarships for individuals interested in volunteering and/or donating AV equipment to help out with the production of the 2020 SC Nonprofit Summit. For details about the Summit Squad program and to apply online, visit the Summit Squad webpage.
  • United Way Association of SC – Details coming soon.
