Participants will have facilitated conversation on the role that leaders play, as well as management and operational best practices, that can drive progress on race equity given both the individual and organization’s continued work on issues of diversity, inclusion and equity. New research from Equity in the Center will be shared in an interactive forum that promotes learning and empowers participants to move from intention to action as they address the adaptive challenge of building a Race Equity Culture within their given organization and context.
