Building Genuine Partnerships, Facilitator:

The partnership between the board and its CEO sets the tone for all relationships within a nonprofit, internal and external.  Charles will get us started by sharing his thoughts on evolving Board CEO relationships, as this work begins with the CEO and the Board chair. Board leaders and execs/CEOs will then spend the morning together talking through issues we must to tackle and opportunities we can leverage to build effective partnerships to guide our organizations.
