Elizabeth Gist, SHRM-CP

Elizabeth is celebrated as a People Strategist and Transformational HR leader. After migrating from Queens, NY to South Carolina, Elizabeth obtained her degree in Business Management and achieved her SHRM-CP status. As a corporate professional, she serves as the Human Resources Business Partner for WOW! Internet, Cable, and Phone. In this role, she leads the HR business partner functions for the Engineering, Information Technology, and Finance client groups. Elizabeth serves as a volunteer intern as a transformational clarity and resilience coach under the Daniels Coaching Group. In coaching, Elizabeth specializes in helping women navigate life-altering circumstances to transform them into favorable outcomes. Through her Human Resources, leadership, and coaching experience… she has provided leadership development to CEO’s, Executives, Community non-profit organizations, and small business owners for over 10+ years.

Elizabeth has a niche skill set for enhancing the customer, client, and employee experience through methods such as process automation, cohesive collaboration, radical kindness/candor, and leadership development. She is the owner of Grow Leaders Consulting, LLC established in 2020. Grow Leaders Consulting is an organization that focuses on the professional and personal development of women. Grow Leaders Consulting provides the community with mentorship, job readiness training, professional development, financial literacy, self-awareness, and wellness advocacy to women of diverse backgrounds. As a woman of faith, Elizabeth believes in building people up through transformational interactions by utilizing genuine care. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her Husband and four sons, trying out different recipes, music, and dancing.
