Biography
Kat Leitner is the co-founder of Allora Solutions Group, a modern outsourcing firm dedicated to helping small businesses scale by optimizing operations through People, Process & Planning strategies. Within Allora’s growing portfolio of service offerings, Kat leads strategic, operational improvements in marketing, event planning, office relocation, and human resources. She assists companies in developing Standard Operating Procedure Manuals, Employee Handbooks, and Emergency Manuals and advises clients on marketing and fundraising strategies. She is widely known across the state for her event planning and execution expertise.
A South Carolina native and graduate of Presbyterian College, Kat studied at the University of Technology at Sydney and James Cook University in Cairns, Australia. She’s a member of Presbyterian College’s Young Alumni Board, an active member of the Junior League of Charleston, and a Who’s Who in America in Business and Finance honoree.
Her passion for non-profits is widely evident in the number of large-scale events she successfully plans and executes each year. She’s also an active member of Together SC and participates in various networking groups such as BNI and GNB. You can often find Kat as a motivated presenter sharing outsourcing insights at various local and regional conferences, and you can hear her weekly on Allora’s Business Solutionaries podcast. In her off-time, she enjoys the beach, antiquing, and spending time with Gracie, her 2-year-old Bernedoodle.
