Melissa DeClue, Founder and Chief Engagement Strategist of Amplify Missions has over 10 years of experience in building relationships in development fundraising and higher education. Through Amplify Missions, Melissacoaches and empowers the new and existing generation of passionate non-profit founders with the tools to amplify their mission through transformative donor experiences and community-centric strategies.

Melissa hasbuilt community and donor engagement programs that led to successful fundraising for gifts over six figures. Her holistic perspective and approach is reflected in the 5 Guiding Principles of Donor Engagement: receipt, thank you, access, impact, and invite.

She is an active member of the Association of Donor Relations Professionals and current Chair for the Southeastern Donor Relations Conference (SEDRC). When she is not creating great opportunities for the community, she spends time with her wonderful husband and five children in Lexington, SC.
