Miriam Dicks

Miriam Dicks is the owner of 180 Management Group, LLC, a boutique operations management services and consulting firm working with healthcare organizations, churches and non-profits to increase revenue and build the necessary structures to support growth. 180 Management Group maintains a network of professionals in the areas of finance, bookkeeping, marketing, human resources, and information technology, among other areas as needed to support the growth of client businesses.

Prior to starting 180 Management Group, Miriam spent 15 years working for organizations in operations management and operations consulting. She has worked in the for-profit and non-profit sectors with organizations such as Tenet, McKesson, MED3000, Palmetto Health, Greenville Health System and Generis.

Through the years, Miriam has been active in numerous professional and service organizations to include the American College of Healthcare Executives, Medical Group Management Association, Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, The Town of Blythewood Economic Development Committee and Delta Sigma Theta Greenville (SC) Alumnae Chapter. She was also a part of Leadership Simpsonville (SC) and the Diversity Leaders Initiative with the Riley Institute at Furman. Miriam has previously worked as adjunct faculty for both undergraduate and graduate programs teaching organizational behavior, healthcare law and healthcare financial management.

Miriam and her husband, Pastor Anthony A. Dicks, Jr., currently live in Simpsonville, South Carolina and are the proud parents of three children – Devin, Anthony A. Dicks, III (Trey), and Kennedy. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, watching action movies and living the Word of Jesus Christ.
