Wilma J Moore was born in Spartanburg, SC on June 3, 1960, to Mr. and Mrs. Feman Harold Jackson. She has 2 brothers, Feman H Jackson, III (Sneaky) who is deceased, and Victor O Jackson. She has a sister, Linda (Maxine) Hackett, who was instrumental in the growth of Wilma’s faith and her walk with the Lord. Wilma soon married Tim, and to them her beautiful daughter was born, Ambra Briana McCreary. Three and a half years after that, her son was born, Kiyounnie D Jackson, who has since transitioned on to be with God.
After the untimely death of her only beloved son, and through her work within the Highland Neighborhood Association, Wilma was afforded the opportunity to work as the Highland Community Outreach Advocate under the United Way of the Piedmont. She now serves as the face of hope for many of her friends and residents of the community.
